Green Lean Project Director (Next Generation)
This advanced course replaces the previous Green Lean Project Director program and is being developed from April 2026 onward to reflect the latest best practices in sustainable leadership and operational excellence.
Built on the IMPAC Project Director model, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt requirements, and proven sustainable development practices, the course integrates over a decade of real-world experience from EGLA Green Lean projects since 2012.
Participants will gain the capabilities to lead complex, high-impact development initiatives that combine performance improvement with measurable sustainability outcomes across organizations and value chains.
